Terms of Service (Wycleaning.LLC – whycleaning.com)

Effective Date: October 29, 2025

These **Terms of Service** (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all services offered by **Wycleaning.LLC** (doing business as **whycleaning.com**), including but not limited to Residential Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, Event Cleaning, Laundry Service, and Airbnb & Short-Term Rental Cleaning (collectively, the “Services”). By booking or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Scope of Services and Client Responsibilities

A. Service Definitions

  • **Wycleaning.LLC** provides professional cleaning and related services as requested by the client and confirmed in the booking details.
  • The scope of each service (e.g., specific tasks, duration, supplies) is determined during the initial booking process and may be adjusted only by mutual written agreement.

B. Client Preparation

The client agrees to take necessary preparatory steps prior to the scheduled service time to ensure the safety and efficiency of the cleaning team:

  • **Securing Valuables:** The client is responsible for securing or removing any fragile, valuable, or sentimental items prior to the service.
  • **Pet Safety:** All pets must be safely secured or kept out of the areas being cleaned to ensure the safety of the animals and the cleaning team.
  • **Access:** The client must provide clear, safe access to the property and all areas specified for cleaning. Failure to provide access may result in a **No-Show/Lockout Fee** as outlined in the Cancellation Policy.
  • **Hazardous Conditions:** The client must inform Wycleaning.LLC of any potentially hazardous conditions (e.g., broken glass, sharp objects, biohazards). **We reserve the right to refuse service in areas with excessive biohazards, mold, or insect/pest infestations.**

C. Service Limitations

Our services **do not include** the following:

  • Cleaning of human or pet waste/bodily fluids.
  • Exterior window cleaning beyond what can be reached from the interior.
  • Lifting or moving heavy furniture/appliances (typically over 20 lbs).
  • Cleaning areas above a standard two-step ladder’s reach.

2. Payment and Billing

A. Pricing and Quotes

All pricing and service quotes are based on the information provided by the client. Wycleaning.LLC reserves the right to adjust the final price if the actual condition of the property or the scope of work significantly exceeds the initial assessment. We will always attempt to communicate any necessary price adjustment before proceeding with the service.

B. Payment Terms

  • **Residential & Airbnb Cleaning:** Payment is typically due **prior to or immediately upon completion** of the service.
  • **Commercial & Event Cleaning:** Payment terms (e.g., Net 7, Net 30) will be specified in the individual service contract.
  • Wycleaning.LLC accepts major credit cards and other payment methods as listed on our website.

C. Late Fees and Collections

  • Invoices for commercial and contract services that are not paid by the due date are subject to a late fee of **1.5%** per month, or the maximum amount permitted by law, whichever is less.
  • If an outstanding balance requires Wycleaning.LLC to refer the debt to a collection agency or legal counsel, the client agrees to pay all collection costs and reasonable attorney’s fees.

3. Insurance, Damage, and Liability

A. Insurance

Wycleaning.LLC is insured and bonded. In the event of property damage or loss caused by our personnel, the company’s liability is limited by the terms of our insurance policy.

B. Damage Reporting and Claims

  • Any damage or loss must be reported to Wycleaning.LLC **within 24 hours** of service completion.
  • The client must provide photo documentation of the damage and a written description of the circumstances.
  • Wycleaning.LLC reserves the right to inspect the damage and, at its sole discretion, choose to repair, replace, or pay the depreciated value of the damaged item.

C. Limitation of Liability

The client agrees that Wycleaning.LLC’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. Wycleaning.LLC is **not liable for damage** to items that were already in poor condition, improperly installed, or not secured (e.g., wobbly tables, loose wall hangings, electronic screens).


4. Laundry Service Specific Terms

By booking our **Laundry Service**, you agree to the following additional terms:

  • **Weighing:** All laundry is weighed on standard commercial scales. The weight determined by our facility is final for billing purposes.
  • **Damage/Loss:** We are not responsible for clothing that is damaged due to pre-existing weaknesses, normal wear and tear, color bleeding, or manufacturer defects.
  • **Claim Limits:** Liability for any item determined to be lost or damaged by Wycleaning.LLC is limited to **ten (10) times the charge** for cleaning that item, up to a maximum of **$500.00** per order. All claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the **State of Tennessee**. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in **Murfreesboro, Rutherford County**, or in a court of competent jurisdiction in that location.
